NorthBridge Sourcing acts as an intermediary and representative in international trade: we identify suppliers and buyers, support negotiations, benchmark prices and coordinate transactions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we are not a party to the sale and purchase contracts concluded between the businesses we introduce.

2. Engagements and Fees

Specific engagements — including scope, exclusivity, fees and cooperation model (commission, retainer or project basis) — are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before work begins. No fee is charged for an initial consultation or for responding to an enquiry.

3. Information on This Website

Product listings, market commentary and briefings on this website are provided for general information only. They do not constitute an offer to sell, a price commitment, or trading advice. Availability, specifications and prices are always confirmed individually and in writing.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public commercial information exchanged in the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions begin.

We perform our services with professional care and diligence. However, we cannot guarantee the conduct, solvency or performance of third parties, and our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid to us for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
